I realise we are to be leaving all things sugar, nice and spice back in December, but with the continuous winter cool afternoons, I am just not ready to do so.
So here I bring you a warm soothing muffin that uses Nature Therapy’s Chai Masala – the perfect soothing blend of hand pounded spices that are beneficial for the digestive system and overall body, mind and soul.
The beauty of this spice here is that you literally do not have to do anything else – this one takes care of all the spice component, except I go a step ahead and add in another teaspoon of cinnamon because, well I’m a bit of a spice lady!
What I love and adore about this recipe is the use of pumpkin that can be grated in raw – so this means it is an instant muffin – no worry of pre-cooking, mashing, boiling etc etc… I told you, I am the laziest person around!
