An Interview with Kitchen Therapy

An Interview with Kitchen Therapy

There are a few rare moments when I do look up from the cake batter and make an effort to dress up, put on a smile and wear some beautiful baubles and agree to be clicked – this was one of them.

The world works in strange ways, and life is incredibly unpredictable – but I have come to learn that it is so, but always for good purpose, reason and outcomes. I have always been a quiet one, low profile, and very camera-shy; the things you say never to are often the things you end up having to do! The past year has been a beautiful soul-searching journey for Kitchen Therapy and I believe I have finally found my niche, my purpose and a life I love incredibly much – and for this I am grateful to God, my family and friends.

With all my recent endeavours I have received such amazing responses, support and love, from so many avenues, old friends, new friends and even the anonymous! I just want to say THANK YOU. I have been so touched by every like, follow, heart, message, email and phone call – it has helped Kitchen Therapy grow, work harder and dream bigger, every single day.

Here’s a very flattering feature on Kitchen Therapy and myself by The Bohemian, a beautiful jewellery brand by Roopa & Mitaali Vohra, with whom we have an exciting event coming up.

I am wearing jewellery from The Bohemian, the cheekbones are courtesy a very good contour palette and the flawless complexion is courtesy Photoshop. The moody nature comes free!

Thank you everyone for your support <3

Much warm love,

K

The recipes are tried and tested, some are adapted from various places, and a few are passed down; but every one of them comes straight from the heart.
