Mango Ginger Gin Cocktail

Mango Ginger Gin Cocktail

Thirst Quenchers

Spice, sweet, fizz, gin. It’s nearing the end of the season, and as always, there is this problem of letting go. Which means, there has been an overload of mangoes, mango chutney, mango rice, mango everything – and why should my Sunday cocktail not be left behind?

This is the perfect change up from the classic G&T, with fresh sweet mangoes, spicy ginger, some strong black tea, sweet honey and of course, the star, the gin. This is great to go along with fried pakoras, tikkas, and you know all of that delicious naughty stuff that make for the perfect Sunday evening.

Psst… you know, you can also use grated raw mango pulp in place of ripe mango, muddled really well and strained into the honey, ginger and tea mix!
