You know what this feels like? Christmas in a bottle! This warm spiced syrup is speckled with peppery rosemary, bright oranges, and hints of spicy ginger and warm cinnamon and cloves – exactly what you want on a quiet winter night. I made this syrup using khadi sakar (raw sugar powder) since I had it lying around, and also makes me feel a tad-bit less guilty of the sweetener choice, and indulge in a side of the Christmas cake!
