Salads
This is one of the best salad dressings that deserves a constant position in your fridge. But for this dressing you absolutely must use Dijon mustard – under no circumstance must you replace with whole grain or the plastic stuff that you squeeze out of a tube.
This is a dressing that is slightly on the sour side but perfect with fleshy avocado and medley of greens.
Simple, perfect and delicious!

Ingredients
Dressing:
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp honey
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Salad:
100g lettuce leaves
1 avocado, cubed
15-20 onion slices
flaked almonds
Instructions
Whisk all the dressing ingredients and store in an airtight container in the fridge
Toss the salad with the dressing and serve cold, and immediately
