Salads,Savoury

There’s been way too much brouhaha about all this protein nonsense these days. And I know, it’s all very true and much required and blah blah blah… All that I know of is a severe depression when I’m told to eat a piece of boiled egg and veggies for dinner. Terrible isn’t it?

Now my taste buds need spice, chatpata, namkeen… basically really tasty food. I’ve found the easiest way is to sprinkle some of this goodness on top – Organic Farmers Co. Quinoa Pops. I love the Wasabi flavour so that’s my go-to, but we even have it in Masala, Jaggery and Chilli Lime (available at Food & Wellness at The House of MG).

This salad is nothing too complicated – sprouts, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, salty feta, and basic lemon vinaigrette and a good dose of Wasabi Quinoa Pops for added zing!
