This is a delicious twist on a classic green chutney, perfect for the Indian summers and pairs well with all types of farsan in a thali. Additionally, also in grilled cheese sandwiches – pairing it ideally with a very strong cheese.

The Recipe
1 1/2 cups

Ingredients

1 cup raw mango
1 cup coriander leaves with stems
¾ tsp salt
2 tsp sugar or jaggery powder
Pinch of cumin seeds
A small piece of ginger
1 clove garlic
2-3 slices of onion
2 tsp oil

Instructions

Place ingredients together in a blender and whizz to make a smooth chutney
Store in an airtight container in the fridge
Shelf life: approx. 4 days
