30 minutes meal
This salad is the perfect side dish to a curry and rice or noodle meal. the freshness of sweet pineapples, gently grilled with Chinese 5 spice powder and chilies, a dash of soya sauce and lot's of fresh basil and spring onions - this dish is a burst of flavour and color on the table. i also like to make this dish much ahead to allow the flavours to really infuse!
