Salads

I love Asian flavours in my daily food, and I try to integrate as much as possible in my tiffin. This sesame and orange dressing is refreshing, citrusy and earthy from the sesame. This dressing is perfect accompaniment to all kinds of salads, but I am particular partial to a salad of lettuce, boiled eggs, baby corn, tomatoes, cucumber and onions. And to round it off, I add a sprinkling of toasted sesame seeds on top for added crunch!

This dressing can easily be made ahead of time in an airtight container and stored in the fridge for a few days.
