½ cup boiled macaroni
¼ cup boiled rajma / kidney beans
¼ cup boiled corn
¼ cup boiled peas
1 tbsp chopped olives
1 tbsp cubed cheese
Handful of mixed seeds (pumpkin, flaxseed, chia, sunflower)
Dressing:
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
½ tbsp lemon juice
½ tbsp mayonnaise
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ green chili, finely chopped
1 tsp red chili flakes
2 tsp mixed dried herbs (oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary)

First mix the dressing together and store in a small container
