This pickle dip is inspired from a classic southern recipe with pickled dills to make a tangy multi-functional dip.
Normally there are fried breadcrumbs on top, but I put fried onions because why not?
The Recipe
300 g
Ingredients
1 cup hung yogurt
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp cream cheese
½ cup relish
½ tsp salt
1 garlic clove, minced or grated
Few splashes of tobacco
Few splashes of Worcestershire sauce
Pinch of black or white pepper
Red chili flakes – optional
Spring onions – green part – finely diced
Fried onions to top
2 tbsp mayonnaise

Stir together all the dip ingredients
Refrigerate
Before serving layer fried onions on top
