This giant chocolate chip cookie for one is what you need on call for all moments of despair. Heck, even for celebrations! This simple easy, 5 minutes of work, 10 minutes of patience provides you a decadent reward of gooey, fudgy chocolate chip cookie. Add a dollop of ice cream if need be!
INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 160C

In a large bowl whisk together the egg yolk, melted butter, sugars and vanilla

Then add the chocolate chunks, flour and baking soda and stir to combine into a dough with a spatula

Take 75% of the dough and press into a 5 inch baking dish

In the center place a large slab of chocolate and drizzle caramel over it

Cover the area with rest of the cookie dough

Bake for 10 minutes

Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly on a rack before digging in!
